Customer-Provided Music Disclaimer

All records are custom manufactured based on music selections provided by the customer, either through uploaded audio files or by listing specific song details.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they own the rights to the submitted or selected audio, or have obtained permission from the rights holder to reproduce the content for the purpose of creating a custom record. The customer authorizes the reproduction of such content as part of the order.

SPYN provides a custom manufacturing service and does not review, verify, or license customer-provided music. Responsibility for ensuring permission to use any submitted or selected audio rests solely with the customer.

SPYN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if it reasonably believes the requested content cannot be produced. All orders are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
